Readings and prayers are discussed and there is a book with prayers available. Rosters are for three months and each person is on the roster usually once or twice. Training is arranged from time to time. For further details contact Lenore Moules, 6651 4700
LICENSED LAY MINISTERS

SERVERS
Servers assist the clergy with Holy Communion services. They prepare the sanctuary (sacred vessels, elements, candles, service books and hymn books). They take part in the worship, assisting at the altar and tidying up afterwards. The servers include teenagers and adults. There is a roster system. For further details contact Lenore Moules, 6651 4700.

CHALICE ASSISTANTS
Chalice Assistants are licensed by the Bishop. They assist with the chalice during communion. Training is undertaken before starting this role. For further details contact Lenore Moules, 6651 4700.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH
Children’s Church takes place during part of the 9am service during school terms and caters for pre-schoolers through to children in Year 6. For further details contact the Parish Office, 6651 4700.
PREPARE FOR WORSHIP
A short session is held each Monday evening to read and consider the scriptures and to plan the format of the services on the following Sunday. This is very helpful for readers and intercessors.

FAMILIES @ FIVE
Meets on the first Sunday each month at 5.00pm. It is a wonderful way for families to worship together informally—and there’s always a sausage sizzle or other form of meal afterwards! For further details contact the Parish Office, 6651 4700.

BAND
The Band plays at the 9am service. Occasionally the band is asked to play at weddings etc. All instruments may be played and people of all ages participate. Singers are always welcome to join. 7AM MUSIC MINISTRY TEAM
The music at 7am services is provided by a team of organists who usually each play one Sunday a month. You don’t need to be a concert-standard musician and we can help with simple arrangements. As well, you have the opportunity to play a superb instrument! If you would like to join this team, or get more information, please contact Lenore Moules, 6651 4700.

FLOWERS
There is a flower roster. Volunteers prepare the flowers for the services each week. Occasionally flowers that have been purchased are put in memory of a loved one. Some people donate flowering pot plants as a memorial. A financial commitment is made easier by the fact that there is a range of silk flowers also available for us. For further details contact Annette Lane 6652 8730.
